Enter through the front door and to the left you will find Bedroom #1 with a Queen Bed.  There is entry to Bathroom 1 that has a shower. This bathroom also has entry from the hallway.  Down the hall you will enjoy open concept living- the kitchen offers granite counters, stainless appliances, a breakfast bar with 2 stools and a dining table with chairs.  There is a sitting area with gas fireplace(not for use in the summer) and Flat Screen TV.  Off of this room are sliders to the back deck with a dining table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill where you can have a barbecue and take in the views of the sparkling waters of Perch Pond.

At the top of the stairs is another family area (loft) with seating, gas fireplace (not for use in the summer) and Flat Screen TV.  On this level is Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed.  Bathroom #2 with a Tub/Shower has entry from both the hallway and from the bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the hall for your convenience. 

On the lower level is a large family area with seating, Daybed that sleeps 2+ TV and a game area. Be spoiled in luxury in this spacious Chatham rental!
