As you open the door you will find a spacious  living room w/stone fireplace, flat screen HDTV, wet bar and plenty of comfortable seating on the main floor. An open dining /kitchen area makes for easy entertaining and offers a large dining table along with a breakfast bar- the kitchen is complete with subzero fridge & Wolf cook-top and has granite counter-tops!  Make sure to take in the views of the Atlantic ocean just across the street while you dine. There is a main floor bedroom with twin beds, a full bath (tub/shower combo), fireplace and flat screen TV.

When you are ready for the entertainment to begin, head to the lower level where you will find: a full wet bar, pool table, exercise room and media area featuring a 105" screen and surround sound. There is also a full bath on the lower level. You will have use of every amenity from wireless hi-speed Internet, Central air, DVD players, built-in stereo w/IPOD docking stations and even linens (in season).
